Question 1

Are you accepting new patients?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we're currently welcoming new private patients. Book online in under two minutes, or call the practice and Rachel's team will find you a convenient time.

Question 2

I'm a nervous patient. Can you help?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — it's one of the things we're known for. We take appointments at your pace, explain everything before we do it, and offer sedation for more involved treatment.

Question 3

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer 0% finance over 6–12 months on treatments over £500, and longer low-interest plans for larger treatments like implants and orthodontics.

Question 4

What happens at my first appointment?

Accepted Answer

A relaxed 45-minute visit: full examination, digital X-rays if needed, oral cancer screening, gum health assessment, and a clear written treatment plan with transparent costs. No pressure, ever.

Question 5

Do you see dental emergencies?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we reserve same-day emergency slots every weekday and Saturday mornings. Call us as early as possible and we'll get you seen, even if you're not registered with us.

Question 6

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Every booking confirmation email contains a manage-booking link where you can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. Or just call us.
