When you book or contact us we collect your name, email, phone number, chosen treatment and appointment details. We do not collect detailed medical histories through this website — those are taken securely in-practice.
To manage your appointments, send confirmations and reminders, respond to enquiries, and — only with your explicit consent — send occasional newsletters. We never sell your data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also object to processing or lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Booking records are kept for the duration of the clinical relationship plus statutory retention periods; marketing data until you withdraw consent; contact form messages for up to 24 months.
Data is stored in an access-controlled database, transmitted over TLS, and accessible only to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis.
